About me

My name is David Redfearn. I represent the people of Florida, one client at a time. My clients are those who are suspected, accused or charged with crimes.

These are some of the things that define my practice and approach to helping my clients:

  • I am a zealous advocate for my clients.

  • My approach to practicing law is old-fashioned, rooted in hard work.

  • I give meticulous attention to all details.

  • I listen to my clients.  I return their phone calls and emails.

  • I never give up in pursuit of my client's cause.

  • I research and write my own motions, briefs and appeals.

  • I keep current with the latest developments in criminal law & procedure by writing and presenting on issues related to criminal defense.

  • I network with other top defense lawyers in Florida and around the country.

  • I carefully select the very best and most knowledgable experts to consult and testify in cases involving scientific, medical or other specialized evidence.

  • I push the limits of the law and create new law through creative arguments and appeals that benefit my clients and all criminal defendants.

  • I never give in to bullying tactics of a prosecutor or a judge.

  • I prepare my cases intensely.

My actions and my results in past cases reflect these principles and I am proud of my record in the courtroom.
