He fought a good fight. Glad he was at the helm

FAA Medical

As a professional pilot I lost my pilot medical in July, 2017 which put me on the streets and out of the cockpit. As scared as I was not knowing when or if I would fly again I was given David’s contact information from a friend. When I got in contact with him, he emediatly made me feel better about my chances of getting my medical back sooner than later with his in depth knowledge of my situation. David was by my side every step of the way making all the necessary moves to get my medical back. I was told by the FAA doctor to expect at least 1-2 years before I could fly again. In only 7 very stressful months I was awarded my medical back. Myself, along with my FAA doctor were shocked in how little time it to be back flying again. I learnered a valuable lesson when you are going through something like this in life and that is to surround yourself with the right people. Thanks David! Your efforts and knowledge are greatly appreciated.

FAA Letter - Excellent Aviation Lawyer

Do not hesitate to hire Mr. Coker to represent you if you receive a letter from the FAA. His office promtly got to work on my case and he represented me immediately before the FAA. Mr. Coker was always easily available by phone and kept me well informed with good advice throughout the process. He frequently called to check in with me. Mr. Coker was able to get the letter I received from the FAA closed with No Action. If you get a letter from the FAA, make Mr. Coker your first call.

Excellent process and outcome.

I was in a mess before I hired David to help me. His counsel and guidance was a game changer. I would highly recommend David to anyone in the same situation. I asked David help me with an issue I was dealing with regarding the FAA. They had requested that I give up my medical certificate because of an error on the application. David made sure that I was able to keep my medical certificate and stay in good standing with the FAA. It was nothing short of amazing.

A Pilot's Lawyer

Mr. Coker is the best aviation lawyer I know. As a pilot himself, he has an unparalleled perspective into a complex field. He is very personable and takes interest in your issue. When I first spoke with him it didn't feel as though I was giving a statement to an attorney, simply explaining a situation to a friend. I felt he genuinely wants to help and isn't just looking for a paycheck. As a CFI, I highly recommend that you call David Coker; especially if you ever have a problem with the FAA. New home Cconstruction company kept my 13k earnest deposit.

This is the best attorney in the DFW area. I had a problem with a company keeping my earnest money of 13k. I went through several other attorneys in the area and they were not able to help.
