Hello, I hired Dave Erlichman and paid him to Represent some cases for my son. He was the Lawyer for my son's case from JANUARY2022-APRIL2022. During this short time, Dave Erlichman didn't do very much work or accomplish anything on the cases. He claims that he discovered a conflict of interest. So,... he had to withdraw from the cases. I let him know that since he has to withdraw, I needed a refund of my money. Dave kept my money. I feel like I've been scammed. I had no choice but to file a complaint against this guy. Also be ware, I just learned that he has been disbarred before for wrongdoing.
