Would not recommend
Maybe a few years ago this law firm worked to help people. However, now they are only in it for the money. Darla Snead does not care about your case. The firm only cares about getting their money and not about clients.
You posted anonymously, so there is no way that I can contact you to discuss this privately. At Darla K. Snead, P.L., we all care about our clients and work very hard for our clients. However, this is a business and when we perform services we do expect to be paid. I’m sure that when you go to work you expect to be paid for the work you perform. Businesses that don’t get paid go out of business. This review corresponds in time with when I was sending out invoices, so if you have a question about your invoice please let us know. I always discuss any billing questions free of charge and would be happy to do so in your case if you would give me the opportunity. Please call us at 863-619-5291 or email us at Snead@LakelandFLAttorney.com so we can set a time to discuss this matter.

I disagree. I routinely prepare basic quitclaim deeds in divorce cases and do them correctly based upon the information provided. I have not received a phone call or email regarding any problem you may have regarding a deed. I would be happy to discuss this with you, but not in a public forum.

Divorce
I was very dissapointed in Ms Snead's represenration of my case. I feel she overcharged and under delivered. I hired her to represent me in my divorce. I was required to go to mediation first and was told she would call me prior to mediation to "prepare" me. 1 week prior to her call, I e mailed her a...
I have read your review and it is unfortunate that you are dissatisfied with the outcome in your case and my representation in particular. However, I strongly disagree with your characterization of my representation in your case. In every legal matter, I personally speak with each potential client to address their concerns and explain the scope and nature of my representation before they make the decision to hire me to represent them. Mediation is a confidential process and I do not discuss client matters in a public forum. I am certainly willing to discuss this matter with you privately to address your particular concerns.
