Daniel “Danny” Donovan is a sought-after civil litigation attorney with over a decade of experience resolving disputes for clients who have been wronged by the actions of others.
Mr. Donovan has worked on over a thousand cases, recovering tens of millions of dollars in damages and lost income for his clients. A member of the Million Dollar Advocates, Danny is recognized as part of the 1% of attorneys who have resolved a case for a million dollars or more. Over the years of his practice, he as earned a reputation for representing his clients with passion, diligence, and integrity.
His experience covers many case types including automobile wrecks, nursing-home neglect and abuse, premises liability, products liability, medical negligence, dog-bites, civil-rights violations, assault and battery, and contact disputes. Though most cases settle without having to go to court, Mr. Donovan prepares to fight each case as if he were before a judge and jury. Mr. Donovan attended Law School at Elon University School of Law, graduating 2009. A lifelong North Carolina Resident, he attended high school in Greensboro and earned his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University.
Before enrolling in law school, Danny traveled extensively with a band he helped form while still in high school. They played in over 700 shows in 24 states and 11 countries and released several albums of original music. As his dream of becoming a rock-star began to fade, Danny felt called to the practice of law so he could help those in need of an advocate. found his calling to become an attorney. He now lives in Greensboro with his wife and two children
