In The Matter Of The Marriage of D.N. and A.N. and In The Interest of D.N. and J.N.

Case Conclusion Date: 11.18.2010

Practice Area: Divorce and separation

Outcome: Settled

Description: At the beginning of this case, both parties were very angry and unwilling to attempt to settle the matter without a trial. The parties had two small children that were suffering because of the disdain these parties had for one another. Luckily, I was able to get my client to understand that fighting his ex in court just because he wanted to "win" was not the best option. Eventually, both parties started to understand that their children were going to keep suffering if they couldn't let go of the past and start focusing on the future. Once they made this realization, I was able to facilitate a settlement of all their issues.
