She was everything I needed exactly when I needed it.
I don't think that there is enough good things I could say about Chloe Anderson, attorney, She was everything I needed exactly when I needed it.
I was charged with pos. of Marijuana under 40 and Paraphernalia. This scared the pants of me fear of losing the possibility of government aid for school..., and my currently clean record to say nothing the legal repercussions if proven guilty and the court costs I was too broke to pay. I was not financially ready to hire an attorney either, needless to say I was in quite the scary pickle.
I must have called over 10 different lawyers that specialized in this type of case, and all them but her gave me the list of possible repercussions(none positive and some dreadful, and some I could live with) that I was facing and a lot of mumbo jumbo I didn’t understand which made me panic and scared me more especially when I heard about the thousands of dollars it was going to cost me to pay them plus whatever costs were associated with the outcome of my case, and that making payments was NOT an option. I essentially thought “great I am screwed this one little mistake is cost me school, my future, and money I don’t have not to mention the hell that would rain of hell that would come from my family. As that I have never been in any type of trouble before not only was a scared, and broke, I was clueless.
The idea of even stepping into court would trigger my tears and much depression revolving around this issue. When I called Bradley Johnson Attorneys I spoke with their paralegal who explained that yes this was a serious charge, but not the end of the world, and that they would be interested in representing me, and that there was many options ( not all doom and gloom) and arraigned a free consultation with an attorney. My next question was $$$ I explained that I could make payments and had a little to put down at first, no credit, but I did work some and so did my significant other. His response both surprised me and gave me some relief, he said that we would figure it out and that they are flexible, payments can be arraigned and let’s focus on getting you out of trouble. That SAME day I later met with Chloe Anderson for my free consultation. At the meeting I had no idea what to expect I just hoping I had found someone I could trust sense I have never been through anything legal before. I was very lucky to have her be the one to meet me. She explained several options and a plan a, plan b, and plan c which all were not going to end my future she seemed confidant and yet realistic a legitimate advocate that was not going to get ‘settle’. She seemed to genuinely care that I was able to move on with my life that she didn’t want this to hunt or follow me and cause me a lot trouble and most of all screw up my future. I felt like I was really blessed to have her be the attorney I met with that day and I felt safe and secure picking her to be my layer, which safe and secure were two things I was feeling very far from.
Now that I decided I defiantly needed her to represent me, money was the next problem (on my ever so seeming long list of troubles) She discounted my bill from the start (even though my court/ticket was issued in Lewis county district court which is about 2+ hour drive from Seattle) she arraigned to have a reasonable initial payment be enough security for her to allow me to make low monthly payments, she really went out on a limb and vouched for me being able to make these payments, this I am truly lucky and thankful for.
Now the red tape was taken care of it was time to go to court, she had been calling and attempting to connect with my prosecutor in Lewis county to figure out what kind of deal we were going to be able to make, however after many attempts she could not get a hold of her/him due to them being gone and other issues on Lewis county’s end but she kept at it and was able to get an amazing deal that I was so relieved to have as a possibility (the judge can do whatever he wants regardless of the prosecutors recommendation) the prosecutor’s recommendation after spe
