I have no idea why this guy has a 1.0 Avvo Rating. He really puts his heart into his craft. He did a great job representing me in my civil matter. I was being bullied by the Government and Mr. Pollack protected my rights and the local government drop their case and walked off. I can tell you that... I would recommend no one except Pollack if you want a fair shake in your legal matter. He is a great communicator and explained my options and allowed me to be involved in the decision process only after I was made aware of the potential ramifications. End result -- Door 3 was the winner! I'm glad I picked this attorney.
