Run, run run as fast as you can

do not hire this attorney for anything, he is not present. does nothing. and will not speak on your behalf. seems like he is working for the other side most of the time. any good reveiws were probably written by him. check virginia state bar association website before hiring any attorney. they have l...isted the ones who have had license suspended due to any reason. if you hire him, you might as well flush your money down the drain. he might be ok for a traffic ticket, but i doubt it.

Great lawyer to have on your side

Brad went above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome in my case. I couldn't be more pleased.

Flexible and Very Skilled

I have no idea why this guy has a 1.0 Avvo Rating. He really puts his heart into his craft. He did a great job representing me in my civil matter. I was being bullied by the Government and Mr. Pollack protected my rights and the local government drop their case and walked off. I can tell you that... I would recommend no one except Pollack if you want a fair shake in your legal matter. He is a great communicator and explained my options and allowed me to be involved in the decision process only after I was made aware of the potential ramifications. End result -- Door 3 was the winner! I'm glad I picked this attorney.

Great Attorney

Brad did a wonderful job representing me in my family matter. I thought I was going to lose my kid and end up with absorbant child support. Instead.. Im more than pleased to still have my child and Brad helped me to work out amicable terms with the Ex instead of going thru a horrible trial and lit...igation.

Stands against Corruption

I currently have Mr. Pollack representing me in a Federal Fraud Against Taxpayers Lawsuit. Prince V. Virginia Resources Authority CV 5:13-00045. Mr. Pollack was the only lawyer that I could get in the State of Virginia to represent me and he is doing an outstanding job. This should have been an op...en and closed case but is politically charged. Let me explain: In Shenandoah County, the local government failed to go to the people to vote on debt when they purchased the Local Social Services Building, Courthouse and local Government building so I started researching why. They entered into a lease purchase agreement with the VRA which funded the projects by issuing bonds and had the facilities built. The law authorizing the "lease purchase"; Virginia Code 15.2-1816 was not instituted until July 2011, years after after the building was complete, therefore the bonds were issued illegally. This unconstitutional law enables the local Virginia governments to implement any project without the citizens approval thereby stripping their Constitutional right to vote on debt given by Article VII, Section 10(b). They get to finance the bonds at twice the interest rate of a General Obligation Bond thereby costing you the taxpayer many millions of extra dollars. Local governments operate under the Dillon Rule and must have the power given to them by the Code or Constitution which it did not have prior to 2011. Furthermore local governments are not given the power (by code or constitution) to enter into moral obligations which are the financial underlayment for these bonds and finally the VRA is restricted by the Virginia Constitution Article X, Section 10 from assuming the debt of local governments and is restricted to industrial projects of which these are not. The projects are considered capital improvement projects which is so stated in the contracts. This is the only man that would stand for our rights and actually understands the concepts presented when the others (lawyers) are afraid to fight the establishment. I would want Brad in my corner any day and so should you. Major Mark W. Prince Why would a judge take advantage of a mentally handicapped person? Money! Read the newspaper stories and make up your own mind why a judge would want him removed and not the minimalist approach of this Web Site Review.
