Anthony is professional, very educated and very blunt Attorney. He was assigned to my case when he was an Army JAG. I was facing sometime over 20 years over some false allegations. I would highly recommend Attorney Anthony Villalobos to represent anyone in a driving or DUI matter. When I had a DUI I initially went to see an older lawyer; however, that lawyer told me that he would simply have me plea guilty because it was my first DUI and DUI's are almost impossible to beat. Lik...e any responsible person, I went for a "second opinion." That is when I found Villalobos. Villalobos charged me one-third what the other lawyer quoted me at and promised to fight my DUI in any way possible, and that is exactly what he did and won! Villalobos first won my summary suspension hearing, so I got to keep my driver's license. Then, he cross-examined the State Trooper who stopped me and gave me my DUI. Villalobos used the Trooper's own dash-cam video to impeach her. After that, the judge said that he bought Villalobos' argument that the Trooper had no grounds to pull me over. Doing that, the prosecutor could not use the breath test results from my DUI against me, so they had to throw out my case.
