I have a 18 year warrent out in Washington state can I Still get a passport?: I am originally from Washington state I live in Michigan now but 18 years ago I visited and got a DWI and I flew back to Michigan that same morning they PR me! The warrant should not prevent you from obtaining a passport, although you may be prohibited from entering certain countries, such as Canada.
Due to COVID-19, many courts are allowing remote hearing, so this would be the time to retain an attorney in Washington State to work with the court to not quash the warrant, but resolve the DUI possibly without needing to return to Washington in person.

How soon can I get an EDL license after loosing my licence? I cannot work without my licence.: I lost my license last night for drink driving, I blew 0.085. My job requires me to drive to different locations everyday and I cannot survive without working.

If you were pulled over last night, your license had not yet been suspended. The DOL will administratively suspend your license 30 days from now, but you can challenge that suspension by sending in the Driver's Hearing Request Form to challenge the suspension.
