Where can I search to find a pro bono attorney to help with an auto accident on 01/09/20? I am sure the driver that hit me is on camera either on the street cam or the Grocery Store the accident happened in front of etc. Dont know how to access camera info.
It was on a busy street during evening commute. Need help please..don't know where to look for help.
I am a disabled senior so funds are tight either pro bono or contingency attorney needed. He hit us and just left the scene.

I would start by doing a search for a reputable attorney in your area on Google. Some personal attention from a professional is needed and there are plenty of lawyers willing to do so.

Unlawful Detainer: Invalidate tenant answer and file default?: Filed UD complaint on basis of non-paid rent. Tenant's answer admitted to non-payment of rent due to sub-tenants not paying. Tenant is not allowed to sublet. Can I do anything to invalid his answer and get a writ of possession without setting a trial date?

Kevin’s answer: Generally as long as they are 18 they can sign a declaration and serve the ud. I also suggest sending a copy by certified mail
