Can an adult child sue a company for wrongful death of their parent, if the other parent has received workmans comp in Iowa?: My father was killed at his job. My stepmom gets weekly payments for his death. The lawyers are trying to say it's only her exclusive right to bring a claim.

My son who is 12 got to play the game of dodgeball! The teacher called it 3 ball and decided to use volleyballs. For this game though he told the class he deflated the balls so they weren't as hard.
Kid threw the ball snapped my sons finger like a pencil and the surgeon believes his growth plate is damaged and his finger may not grow the same as the other.
Sad thing is they have foam balls for dodgeball the teacher decided to use a different ball. Thoughts?

Been 2 weeks can I still do claim they still haven't changed the rug?: My foot right got caught in the rug it came out through me 2 inches from the front door fell on my left knee broke it.
