Andrew’s answer: The proper question(s) to ask is (are) did the video ever exist, if so when was it destroyed, and what steps were taken (if any) by defense to preserve the same.

If you are one of the few elite ovi attorneys in Ohio you automatically know this.

When do points on license clear? OVUAC?: Hello. One year ago today, I was charged with a DUI that was reduced to an OVUAC. I received four points on my license. Along with 2 speeding tickets before, I have 8 points. When will these clear?

Also, I know I can never get the OVUAC charge expunged, but how much time has to pass before I keep paying the price for it?

Andrew’s answer: 2 years from date of conviction is when the points will drop off.
