A judge has granted my ex a judgement for medical bills that she never sent me for 6 years: She had no actual bills or reciepts showing where she paid them. It was proven in court that she never sent me any medical bills but the judge still charged me for contempt of court. How can I pay something if I didn't know about it for years on end. She was ordered in our divorce to send me the bills along with reciepts within 10 days of receiving the bill. How can I be in contempt if I never got the bills and how can a judge justify granting her a judgement against me?
