Susan’s answer: This is not something that would be worth litigating, usually Sprint will help you if you call and escalate the call to a supervisor.

Question about Custody Agreement : With our divorce agreement we have it to where I have my daughter M-F and every other weekend my Ex gets her. For 6 years she has been in a dance class where she takes classes on Saturday, so he would get her Saturday afternoon. Now that Child Support is being enforced he told me he wants her all Saturday day. the language in the agreement is "Mutually agreed upon" My daughter is 11 and he enrolled her in this years ago. Is there anything I can do? There is no times listed in our agreement.

Susan’s answer: Unfortunately he can rescind his agreement to that class, OR he could just take her to the event. You should try to see if you and he can work together to get her to her event. If that is not possible there is no way to force him to do the right thing. You could seek the help of a mediator to try to work through this.

Can child support help locate the noncustodial parent with facebook?: Unfortunately, I left the father of my daughter when she was 2 months old because I discovered he was addicted to pain pills and started getting abusive with me. We had a no contact restraining order and I later found out he has two other children who were taken and custody was given to their mother's aunt due to their drug use. He is scheduled to pay the aunt of his sons child support (which he also does not pay) but our case has been stuck in limbo because he never followed court orders to go do the dna test for our daughter. He moved out of state and is somewhere in California. The only reason I have this information is because he made a public profile on facebook. He graduated from a substance abuse rehabilitation program there and is now working in San Diego, CA. Would child support be able to locate him using his facebook page? (Our daughter is now almost 7 years old)

Susan’s answer: IN my experience that is not one of the avenues child support will take. YOU can find him and give that information to child support enforcement though and they can follow up on it. Private attorney also have other avenues to find the non custodial parents.
