I received ticket erratic Lane change and it hindering me from getting a job, can I get it lowered or dismissed?: Car pulled in front of metal flatbed suddenly cause driver in front of me to make quick stop which allowed me to respond to right lane since no visible traffic was to my right , in doing so my front light on drivers side was damaged,but if response had to put on brakes and not go right it would have been more damage than noted, the erratic part in citation is causing me to lose job eligibility.,What can I do to get this changed or lowered to lesser account so I can get the job that's awaiting me?

If a parolee absconded and parole end date expires can they still b arrested.: my parole end date is 11/18/18. If I violate and don't get picked up till after my end date what can happen if my parole date has ended and no longer on parole.
