What can happen when breaking a no contact order?: I was very inebriated and got into a fight with my fiance, I blacked out and called police, I was arrested for simple assault ( my fiance didn't press charges the officer did )and resisting arrest. My terms of release before my court date was a no contact order placed by the state. My fiancée and I have lived together for 5-6 years, I had literally no place to go but home. I have never before been in any trouble.

Family Law --- Co-parent counseling vs. Co-parenting classes: Is Co-parent counseling and Co- parenting classes the same? Or are they different? If ordered to do co-parenting counseling, what should I do? Do I need to have a physical face to face interaction with a professional or can it be by signing up for the online courses that is recognized by the court? Or what?

Gina’s answer: Depends on where you are. Generally counseling is more individual and specific to your family needs, whereas the class is general and public.

If my daughter mother make same money as me can she still put me on child support??: We was living together and one day came home the lock was change .. now we no together I'm try n to get visitation for my daughter , if I bring her to court for visitation rights would I be end up on child support ??

Gina’s answer: Most likely but child support is based on both parties income so it's not like you are the one doing all the supporting. Kids are expensive and it's a parent's duty to support. Good luck.
