Joshua’s answer: I agree with the other attorney on here. i am not sure what you are asking but here is the best guess. if you want to appeal the ticket you can the instructions on how top do that are printed clearly o the back of the citation. you need to pay a 25 filing fee with ti. in short order you will get a notice to appear in court and at that time it may suit you to hire an attorney to assist you and present your side of the story.

Can an attorney represent me for a pretrial hearing for speeding ticket ?: If so, what are my best options?

Ask for liency from issuing authority due to this being first offense (possibly do defensive driving class)

Fight the validity of the ticket?

Other?

Joshua’s answer: You can be represented at a hearing on a ticket. Many times its in your best interest to do so . Find an attorney who handles such matters and knows the court involved. The best way to fight it differs from case to case so that is why its important to discuss it with someone who is familiar with the process

An ex-boyfriend stole my identity and I am ready to press charges. What steps do I need to take in MA to start the process?: He has opened several wireless phone and credit card accounts under my name and although he has agreed to pay me back I have only received a portion of the money and have been unable to stay in contact with him. I also fear that he will open future accounts with my information. In addition, my credit has now been affected and in order to finalize the last outstanding account, I am required to press charges in order to have my credit information cleared of the debt. I have already written several police reports on the topic but now am not sure how to proceed.

Joshua’s answer: The police department in your town is usually very responsive to complaints like this. I suggest you head on over there and ask to speak to an officer. When you go make sure you have all the necessary documentation to support your claim. It maybe likely they will assist you in processing a complaint in the Taunton Court. if you don't get any help or feel as though you have more questions it is best to make an appointment with an attorney who is familiar with this kind of illegal activity.
