Joshua’s answer: I agree with the other attorney on here. i am not sure what you are asking but here is the best guess. if you want to appeal the ticket you can the instructions on how top do that are printed clearly o the back of the citation. you need to pay a 25 filing fee with ti. in short order you will get a notice to appear in court and at that time it may suit you to hire an attorney to assist you and present your side of the story.

An ex-boyfriend stole my identity and I am ready to press charges. When you go make sure you have all the necessary documentation to support your claim. It maybe likely they will assist you in processing a complaint in the Taunton Court. if you don't get any help or feel as though you have more questions it is best to make an appointment with an attorney who is familiar with this kind of illegal activity.
