Can a divorce that has been filed and is final be voided?: I live in Georgia. My spouse initiated the divorce filing & I relictantly went along. He saw an attorney and had papers drafted. We never lived separately and we slept in the same room in the same bed until after the divorce was final on November 7th. We still had sex even after the divorce was final. Is there a way I can have it granted null and void since there was no separation and we were still having sex?

Howard’s answer: I am sorry but it seems that your state rules have certain deadlines and they have expired, you should check with a local attorney just in case, and take good care. please remember you can always be remarried!

Can i get an f.i.d card if i got a cwof for domestic violence?: I was in foster caew at group home for boys. I got arrested 3× for assualted and battery but they considered it domestic violence since i lived with them. Will this disqualify me from getting one?

Howard’s answer: I am sorry you are going through this, the FID card should be a straightforward process, you must disclose all the information, include the facts and what happened, leaving something out will harm you, the FID is easier than the LTC which is at the discretion of the police chief, give it a try, explain what happened and if possible attach your continuance without a finding and show you completed it, most questions ask about arrest as well as conviction. t ake care and Happy holidays.
