Best lawyer

Andrew represented me in ridiculous PFA matter. He knew exactly what questions to ask on cross examination. He had the questions lined up. He did an excellent job.

Worst lawyer ever

We hired attorney Ziegler to take care of our adoption case. We agreed upon a ONE time payment of $5000. We paid in full upfront which was a huge mistake. Every month or so we would call for about update and every month we were told that our case is moving forward smoothly. This went on for a little ...over a YEAR. At this point we knew something had to be wrong. We eventually recieved a phone call from Mooney Law saying that Attorney Ziegler is no longer with the firm and that our case will be transfered to another attorney. After we spoke to the new lawyer we were told that Ziegler never even attempted to do anything on our case AT ALL. it just sat in a file and collected dust. So he basically got paid and did almost no work. We found put He did fill out some paperwork but it was all filed incorrectly. So it had to be done all over again. Within 3 months of transferring out case to attorney Swartz we were already in court and on our way to winning our adoption case. Which just proves how little attorney zielger actually did on our case. We than ended up owing even more money to mooney law because ziegler didn't fill out our contract correctly so Mooney Law was able to exploit that mistake. We told them that we had agreed to pay a flat fee of $5000 dollars but they said it didn't account for certain fees. Zielger told us it paid for all fees. So just another way he screwed us over.

Was My Lawyer

Andrew Ziegler was my Lawyer. I hired him as a lawyer to take care of my divorce. I was very disappointed in his actions and his service that I had to go hire a new lawyer. I've called Attorney Swartz(who the office lady told me to contact if there was a problem) to speak to him about my case and abo...ut Andrew but I didn't receive a call back. So when I hired Andrew I gave him a $2,000 retainer fee. Ever since then I have documented everything, the times we have talked, dates and what was discussed. Andrew lied, gave me the run around and I personally feel like he cheated me out of my money. After hiring Andrew I sent multiples text and messages with no response. The office lady told me he was in quarantine 3 times different times, once he was in the mountains but when I called one of the final times he was in the office but still I never received a call back. I had to call his paralegal who was nice enough to get Andrew to call me back. Andrew sent no idealized reports EVER even after I asked him too. He would tell me to go for support then he would tell me he never said that and to go through the master. He kept prolonging the process, giving me the run around and switching the plan so he could I guess chip more and more off the retainer. He would tell me one thing then tell me another thing. I honestly don't think he could keep track of what he was doing. He told me he sent the info about the master through text but never sent it, I asked him to screen shot the text and resend it but he didn't do that, that's how I know he lied. I sent him photos of the living conditions my kids were living in with their dad and he didn't care about it to even respond or fight for the well being of my children. Right before I fired him he told me he didn't have time for my case and he barely got to see his family, then why take my case on. That was the last straw before I fired him and found someone else which is doing a great job by the way. I picked up my packet of documents from his office which was supposed to contain the rest of my retainer fee and idolized report which did not. I have called and texted Andrew since then to get this. He was in Hershey park enjoying "family time", he said he sent it and would look when he got back into the office. I gave him two weeks then reached out again. He then told me he decided to go out on his own and work for himself. Which I found out he got fired. Funny how that all worked out. He said I had to get ahold of this guy George, I guess George is one of the main guys in charge of Mooney Law and that he would also contact him to see what can be done about getting me some of my money back. If he didn't feel like he was in the wrong why would he tell me he would reach out to George to get some of my money back and see what can be done. It's funny how that all worked out, that he's not working there. $2,000 for what? So here's another thing, I spoke to George. He said he reviewed my file at length and it appeared Andrew did significant work on my case and communicated with me and opposing counsel on numerous occasions which has used up your retainer. I asked him to send me my report on how my retainer was used. Multiple times I've asked. I reviewed It myself to see if things lined up correctly and they did not. I even had $188 left that went from $188 to $0. So they were just going to keep the rest of my money? They finally did send it after I asked, after telling them I'll give a bad review and report what has happened. So with this I have to give one star.

Worst Attorney EVER

If there were zero stars to give Andrew Ziegler, I would. He represented me in a custody case and COMPLETELY DROPED THE BALL. He didn't respond to multiple motions, ignored court orders, and did not tell me about any of the subpoenas or courts orders being filed. Never gave me a chance to fight anyt...hing! This man didn't respond to a subpoena which gave my ex boyfriend discovery by default. Because Andrew Ziegler did such a poor job my ex boyfriend now has my medical records and is sending me harrasing text messages. I fired him and hired new representation. Andrew was also fired from Mooney law. Not sure why but if he represented clients like he represented me, then I can see why they let him go. I don't owe him any money or anything. I did nothing to deserve such poor service from this attorney. If you value your money and your child DON'T HIRE THIS MAN. He should be disbarred for his lack of actions in my custody case. Noone especially an ex should have the right to your medical records in a custody case. I now have my ex texting me about pap smears and a bunch of other things that have NOTHING to do with custody. Do yourself a favor and run from this guy!

Simply the best

I believe Andrew is the only person you should be hiring. Every other attorney I called said that it was impossible to help keep my record clean, and Andrew said he could do that for me, and he did it as much as it could be. I sat down with him, he explained to me all my options, and gave me a li...st of at least 5 things he could do. Other attorneys just said they would try to negotiate, but that I would be forever affected. Not Andrew, he had a clear plan, and also had contingencies incase something failed. Another great thing about him is his charisma and strategic approach to situations. He talks to people, is thoughtful and listens, and on the day of my court, I saw him make friends with the plaintiff, clerk, and even the DA with whom he had a 30 minute talk about wrestling! What other attorneys have the social smarts to do this?! And he seems to be like that naturally, even if every interaction he has is a not a strategic move, it ultimately benefits everyone, because a good positive environment puts people at ease. There is a reason why Andrew is a managing partner, so sincerely you are doing yourself a disservice by not hiring him. So please don't waste your time and call him now. No, seriously, do it. ;)
