Civil lawsuit

This law firm helped me out with a civil lawsuit over credit card debt that was bought up by a debt collector. Thanks to Alex and also Jay this suit was settled out of arbitration for 1/3 of what I was being sued for. I highly recommend consulting them in consumer law matters.

Helped me save my home

I called Alex when I thought that there was no hope in saving my home. The sheriff had just dropped off a foreclosure notice and I thought we needed to leave immediately. I called Alex when I got his letter, spoke to his foreclosure expert, and went in for an appointment. Long story short, 7 month...s later I have a modified mortgage and am making lower payments! They helped me save my house!!!!! I recommend Alex and his staff, especially Jay, to anyone who is looking for a great attorney to help them through tough times!

A few months ago my wife ran into some issues with the way she drives. The impact of her losing her license would have crippled our family. Alexander Tuttle and his staff were kind and non-judgemental as they helped us navigate the legal system. Alexander explained the process he would undertake on o...ur behalf and kept us informed of the process every step of the way. His knowledge and expertise made us feel comfortable with everything that was happening.
