This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Many years ago, John, represented my Husband in a Criminal case. He wasn't afraid of getting in there and fighting for my husband. He did what he had to do. Yes, he walks on the edge of the law, but stays within it. He does what he feels is needed to get done, to get his client off. or his sentence shorter. He does what other lawyers don't want to do because he's not afraid of getting his hands dirty. My husband has sense passed away. John gives his all.
