So I don't usually argue with the trolls, but this one was just so bad I couldn't not... So, to "Anonymous," I feel the overwhelming need to correct a few false statements: "he had his wife & kids doing his secretarial work out of his apartment." Well I mean he hasn't been married since 1987, pre...tty much lives in his office, doesn't have an apartment, and last I checked I was an only child... and while I am A paralegal, I'm not HIS paralegal... "Yes I was in fact hiring an attorney after meeting my court appointed attorney, Mr. Holt today." I see your review is dated 2018, so you know that he hasn't had a Public Defense contract since 2012 right? Knowing absolutely nothing about your case, the rest of your review is none of my business, but I'd take it with a grain of salt. Hire him or don't, I'd just as soon he retired, but at least get your facts straight.

After our son was falsely accused of a horrendous crime, we retained Kevin. His knowledge and understanding helped us navigate one of the most difficult times in our lives. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone facing criminal charges he is worth every dime he charges and probably more.

Good Communications and staff. I was in trouble. He leveraged all the evidence he could. (They had a lot of solid evidence against me). He managed to get a bargain out of the Prosecutor the was as good as we could have possibly hoped for, (absolute minimum for what I was accused of). I will go back ...to him for all my Legal services, ( like A Will, ).

My experience with Kevin Holt was very good. I needed a lawyer that could look into my case due to me being charged for causing a 3 car accident which i did not cause. At the time of the accident i had a concussion and couldn't remember what had happened and Pasco PD decided to cite me a ticket base...d on hear say and no evidence. Next morning when my head cleared I started remembering everything and decided to hire a lawyer for the very 1st time. Kevin listened to everything I had to say, looked at the facts and said he will fight for me. He's a great lawyer and knows how to get witnesses to bring out the truth.
