I am only a beneficiary to a will. This Attorney and Paralegal handling the estate, with the executor made it perfectly clear that the attorney "only represents the estate and the executor". Therefore no other party to the "will" shall receive any information regarding status, etc. The executor is the only party that is allowed to work with the Attorney representing the estate and the executor. This does have a way of tearing families apart during stress and emotionally difficult times.
