ABOUT ME:

I was born and raised in Pasco and graduated from Tri-Cities Prep High School. I have a large extended family in the area, which includes many lawyers, and have called Pasco home even when leaving town for school, work, or travel.

I attended Seattle University and during my junior year I studied abroad in Puebla, Mexico. I graduated in 2007, and majored in International Studies & Politics with a minor in Spanish. After graduating, I lived for a year in Hanzhou, China to study Mandarin Chinese. I then returned to the United States and attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington.

I provide services in all areas of immigration law and work with my father, Tom Roach, taking on both family and employment-based immigration cases. I am a member of the Washington State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyer's Association and I speak Spanish.

Great experience
My husband and I had a great experience with Eamonn and his staff. Our immigration case was a little more complicated than some, he was honest, informative, and very easy to communicate with. We had a great outcome!

Eamonn Roach is an outstanding immigration attorney! He is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated!
If you need an immigration attorney, Eamonn is the one you want to have by your side. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in immigration matters. Eamonn is attentive and dedicated, along with the rest of his staff. Emails to Eamonn and his legal assistant were always answered quickly. He and his staff are there every step of the way to guide you through. Eamonn is easy to talk to and puts you at ease while navigating what felt like a very complicated process. Eamonn was able to assist our family to navigate the process, starting in 2017, when my son and daughter-in-law were married, and ending in 2022, guiding our family to obtain a Certificate of Naturalization for our daughter-in-law, who was a DACA recipient. Even though the whole process felt daunting for our family, Eamonn and his staff helped us achieve our ultimate goal-Citizenship! Eamonn’s is top-notch and will help you every step of the way. We highly recommend Eamonn for any immigration matters!

Excellent service!
Eamonn and his team kept me updated frequently, and that was something I appreciated. Going through this process was stressful at times for me. Eamonn remained friendly, professional, and helpful, and that helped.

A great experience.
We initally were respresented by Eamonn's father to get my I485 but due to circumstances Eamonn was the one who joined me and my wife for our final interview. A very friendly, calm, knowledgeable a d cheerful person. Although we had not met before that day, he was fully aware of our case and all the small little details. His calmness and cheerfulness was excactly what we needed that day to get us through because we were both very nervous. He guided us before the interview on all kinds of possible scenarios that could happen and made us feel a lot calmer. The interview went by fast, without any problems and I can now proudly say I am a permanent resident. I would deffinitly recommend Eamonn in the future if the need should arise. My only problem during the whole process was not with Eamonn or any other attorney of the firm, but I did personally find the communication between client and assistent somewhat lackluster.
