Hector refused to negotiate on our behalf the delinquent amount caused by his office. We then lost a veh...icle as he didn't fight for us to retain it. -10k equity . He advised us on a property lein which proved to be bad legal advise. We fired him and negotiated ourselves successfully the arrearage on the plan, yet he could or would not. We then hired a new attorney for 2500 more to fix the plan mistakes but ended up withdrawing the chapter 13 altogether to save our hide from all the mistakes. These BK lawyers work every day with the court. They won't side with you as a client and cause any waves because you can be replaced and they have to deal with the court people for ever. Think twice before you hire someone to work for your good that has your best interest clouded by friendship with the court employees.
