  • I have made out a WILL previous in Nevada but have moved to Washington State, do I now have to make out another WILL in WA.?

As long as your Will was valid in the State of Nevada, Washington law will honor your Nevada Will. Nonetheless, it is a good idea to have your Will and other estate planning documents reviewed. Each state has different laws with respect to estate taxes and government benefits eligiblity. What worked in Nevada might not be appropriate in Washington.
