Professional Legal Counsel

I met Julie with regarding some family legal issues. She was extremely compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable during our meeting. If I need to move forward with any legal action, I will hire Julie. She's definitely the lawyer you want to have in your corner.

Fantastic Counsel

Julie has defended me numerous times and has always done an excellent and professional job. her abilities as an attorney are outstanding. She has fought her hardest to either eliminate the penalty or reduce it to the lowest degree possible. Julie got my possible one year jail time sentence reduced to... one day. I've had multiple DUIs. The last case with her office my charges were driving with license suspended, no insurance, no seatbelt and no headlights. I got 16 hours community service and did not have to go to court. When I say she is fantastic, I mean fantastic. Her office staff has always been courteous and kind. They have always made me feel comfortable. Check her out and get a quote. Do not get a public defender.

Very egregious divorce

Julie and the Twyford team are beyond amazing. She has been our lawyer for the past 5.5 years and has been the only lawyer to protect my son. Julie is honest, straight forward and has a reputation for being intelligent, not backing down to advocate for her clients, admired and well respected by o...ther lawyers and most importantly judges. If you are divorcing and have children that you are concerned for their utmost well being, Julie should be your lawyer. Julie's team like her, are professional, empathic, timely and knowledgeable. Strong Advocate Support

I am most grateful that Julia fought for me. What Julia did was not an easy or pleasant job. She took over my divorce case because my first lawyer was intimidated, and had backed out. Julia kept me calm, skillfully interpreted my prenuptial, got a restraining order to protect me, and arranged for ...a Marshall to be present for all court interactions. Julia won consistently in court charging my opposing party with all the costs. This stopped all the antagonistic counter-motions from being brought back into court, thus ending a lengthy ordeal.

Saved our lives.

Julie saved our lives! She took us through a horrendous Federal trial and we won. Our family was stuck in a nightmare we could never have conceived of - being falsely accused and charged with 31 counts of federal, "white-collar" crimes for doing the same job you had done for the past 24 years. We ...were up against over a million pieces of "discovery", federal investigators that never understood their own case and prosecutors that not only didn't care about the truth but worked hard to deceive the jury with false statements and misleading graphs, statistics and experts. Julie worked hard for the two years she was our lawyer. She had to work with 9 other lawyers at one point (as we were charged as a group). She took us through the whole process herself being straightforward and honest about everything. She knew and told us upfront how long, expensive and difficult the trial would be. She knew when to step up, among all the lawyers, and take charge and when to be in the background. We always felt that she was smart, savvy and honest with us. Mostly though, we always felt that she cared what happened to our whole family. This was so important because the disgusting, uncaring tactics of the U.S. Government can break your sanity, marriage, family life and financial life apart. You need someone like Julie in your corner. She is an amazing person as well as lawyer. Her choices on what issues to push in court broke the prosecutors case. Her unbelievable teamwork with the other lawyers pulled everyone together and made it a real team standing against the government. This was crucial in such a long trial with many defendants being tried together. Her closing argument was masterful and really left the government with no rebuttal. She saved our lives. We left such a positive impression upon the jury that they sought us out to talk and hug us. Good luck to any who must run up against the federal government.
