I can't say enough good about Nik Armitage!
When hurt in a work related accident and with my future uncertain, I contacted Nik. I had been searching the internet, reading review after review when I found him. I had contacted a few attorneys already that were recommended by friends or family and just was not impressed. So I went on his website, left a brief note and he immediately rang me up. I knew after speaking with him for a few minutes, he was going to help me. He listened and cared and that was just what I needed.
Against the odds, this young man came through for me. When faced with a no win situation he took me by the hand and guided me through a very tough lawsuit. When I was being unreasonable, he was clear and explained everything to me. Not in lawyer speak and not in 3rd grade language but in a professional yet kind manner. He keep me abreast of changes as they occurred and if those changes were daily, he contacted me. Every month I received a detail accounting of his charges. I was always relieved that they were so reasonable. I have always tried to avoid legal help at all cost and at my age I've dealt with a number of life issues when hiring an attorney is just a must. Nik has proven to me that he the most honest, knowledgeable and hard working attorney I have ever hired. I truly mean that. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire him again and again.
Needless to say, we won a settlement that has relieved me of all my concerns for the future. If you want to work with a winner and become a winner, Nik is your next best friend. Don't let anyone rip you off but if they do, you must call Nik. You will not sorry you made that call.

I started working with Nik over 3 years ago as the result of a rear end collision with left me with a severe whiplash which resulted in chronic migraines. Nik is personal and made me feel like my case mattered every bit a much as the next. He stayed on top of all aspects of the proceedings and kept me informed along the way. I was turned down by two other attorneys previously because they did not feel it was worth their time and they were not sure they would win. Not only did he win my case but I was awarded the maximum amount in damages. That I believe is because he went the extra mile to dig deeper into the severity of my injuries instead of just skimming the surface. I would hire Nik again. If you do decide to work with him, I know you will not be dissapointed.
