A Magic Man

I cannot adequately describe the difference that Tim has made in my life. He literally saved me. For nearly 6 months my case went nowhere with my previous attorney. After hiring Tim my case was dismissed within a single month. Not found “not guilty”, but completely DISMISSED my case altogether. ...I didn’t know that was even possible! I don’t know what he has, but he seemed to have a special rapport with the prosecutor that immediately gave him a sense of optimism that hadn’t been present before. Once again, my case went nowhere for 6 months and then when Tim took over I had total resolution in my favor. I cannot recommend Tim any higher and I am certain you will have the same experience with him.

Dark times

My son got in trouble in Airway Heights. I live in California and had no idea how to help my son. A lawyer I know in California contacted six lawyers in Washington. Tim came recommended by other lawyers so we chose to go with him. I'm glad we did as far as I can understand charges were not filed or d...ropped and my son received community service thank God I'm glad for Tim's service to our family.

Professional and very hard working

Tim is a proactive, professional and hard working attorney. He took my case and was able to resolve the issue in a very short time and with a very good result. He was proactive, calling me to resolve issues as they came up and he made every effort to see that I received fair treatment. The most genuine lawyer I have ever met.

Tim was extremely nice and genuine! He made me feel like he completely understood my situation and listened to me. He was able to get my case dismissed before my pre-trial hearing. It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. Seeing him in the court room at the first hearing made me have confinde...nce in him and that he had his client’s best interest in mind. He cares about his clients and their situation. I would highly recommend Tim Note. You will not be disappointed!

One of a kind Lawyer

I was charged with a crime and needed the best lawyer on side. Mr. Note represented me 150%...not only did he take alot of stress and worry off my shoulders immediately but he spent time talking to me on a personal level about my long history of alcohol abuse. He actually cares about helping people. ...He was concerned about my well being and discussed measures and options I had and needed to succeed in life outside the court room. Facing a felony conviction I was given a misdemeanor and life saving opportunity to get clean and stay clean. Life is better now than ever and I highly recommend Mr. Note for any attorney needs.
