Results Oriented

“Detailed” in all areas of professionalism. Tim calls back! He listened to my situation and the outcome I wanted. Tim streamlined through the thick of the courts system to get results. His prices reflect all aspects of his services to his clients resulting in being very fair. Location from the courts... to his office is a walk a way. Convenient free parking as downtown Spokane charges for street parking. I can say for my situation Tim was a Win Win Win!

Excellent Attorney

Was very professional and understanding without promising results that weren't attainable. Kept me informed of what was going on and never recommended risky choices that could have left me in jail. Obviously knew the local system well and was respected by the prosecutors, other attorneys and by the... judge. Got me the results I needed and could accept no problem.

Free At Last

A conviction by trial judge in 1979 for statutory rape was the beginning of my nightmare. 40+ years later I remained under the supervision of the sheriff's office, in spite of a successful business career. I researched attorney's on line and make contact with Timothy S. Note. This is an attorney w...ho knows his way around the court house and the ways of the court system. With the prosecutor objecting to my motion for relief Tim Note dug in. This attorney made sure he was familiar with every aspect of my case before putting it before the judge. Over the states objection, the court granted my motion for relief. For the first time in over 40 years I am not under the jurisdiction of the system.. Tim Note is personable, smart and cunning. He gave me my life back.

Best Choice

It was surreal, unbelievable and like something out of the 'Twilight Zone', being charged with assault! Family and friends all laughed at the crazy charge, but I was the one charged and I was terrified. In the first meeting with Tim, he was reassuring and made it easy to believe that I'd chosen the... right attorney. He and his office kept me well informed throughout the process, and the charges were dismissed before even going to trial as Tim had predicted. “WHOS YOUR FAVORITE LAWER”

I was charged with 4th degree domestic violence . I had moved away to another state found out that I had a warrant Tim managed to get that recalled . They he had it all set up for me to come to Spokane one time to be arraigned and do a deferment, but was still working with the prosecutor for a dismal.... Tim called me and said “ who’s your favorite lawer “ he then told me the case was being dismissed ! I highly recommend Tim I have never had to use a lawyers services before other than a divorce but I will say Tim explained everything in detail and in the end he made the best possible outcome . Thank you Tim note !!!
