Saved my life

Case Dismissed!!! Don’t waste your time shopping around Tim Note is the man! I found myself falsely charged with fourth degree assault and domestic violence over a accident that occurred. I was beyond stressed and scared of losing my job in the medical field, gun rights and reputation. I met with Tim... and immediately felt confident that he was the right lawyer to help me get the case dismissed. He worked with the prosecutor and after some time I received a call asking who my favorite lawyer was! Of course Tim Note! I can’t thank Tim enough for helping me get through this. Do not hesitate to hire him immediately!

This laywer knows his stuff

Tim was honest yet professional. He helped us navigate the courts and answered all our questions we had. We started with a consult and hired him down the line, his advice saved us. What surprised us is during the consult phase before we hired him he answered his phone to us. He showed no judgement. H...e was available when we needed to talk to him and was able to call us in a timely manner. He was very personable and made us feel comfortable each time we had court. I don't know where we would be without his defense. He was able to get some pretty serious charges dismissed. He was extremely comfortable/ knowledgeable in the court room. He is worth the money and was reasonably priced. When it comes down to your defense and your family pay for a defense lawyer don't get stuck with a public defender.

If I could give 6 stars I would!

Tim is an excellent attorney! Hard-working,honest, and straight to the point. I am an out-of-state resident and received a DUI in Washington in August of 2021. Hiring Tim was the best decision I could have made... he walked me through every aspect of my case and genuinely cared that I understood the ...process and what I could do in my situation. He and his staff are respectful and professional in every aspect. I definitely recommend them!

Free Advice for DUI

I left a message at his office and Tim called back within a day to help give me some advice on my DUI case. He simply explained what I needed to do to be able to drive and gave me information that I couldn't find anywhere else. If I hadn't already been to court, I would have hired Tim as my lawyer. H...e was great!!
