Most Talented/Hardest Working Lawyer in Spokane, WA

I was 32 years old and was wrongfully accused of a crime. Based on the recommendations of Gonzaga Law School staff, I hired Tim Note. He was a pit bull and attacked my case. He was everything I hoped he would be and saw to it the false charge against me was dropped. I would wholeheartedly recomme...nd him to anyone who doesn't want to gamble with their future.

Look no Further!

Tim did a GREAT job with my case. I could not have been happier with the outcome. He made the dreadful experience of a DUI very easy to deal with. From beginning to end he was there for me in all aspects of the case, A true professional. I highly recommend him. As I said the outcome was much better t...hen expected. He has my respect and appreciation.

Do yourself a favor

I can't say enough good things about Mr Note, he kept me informed, and got my side of the story told in front of the jury which is what was needed to get me the "not guilty" verdict" I was hoping for. He painted the picture for the jury that tied everything together all in one neat little package, th...at I'm sure was what the jury needed to help them "see" what and how everything went down, which made what I said happenend the truth because it was the truth. He pulled out the truth from each and every police report and had an expert testify what happens to a person when they are under the influence of alcohol and other drugs, which again help paint the picture for the jury. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a great criminal defense attorney with Tim Note.

Money well spent

I was wrongly charged with a very serious felony and was looking at serious prison time if I was convicted. Tim fought hard for me and took the the case to trial and won. Tim saved my life, without him I don't know where I would be today.

Excellent Attorney

Timothy Note is an outstanding attorney. From the initial consultation through the duration of my case, I felt very confidant and secure with his abilities as my attorney. Tim is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and a true advocate and representative for his clients. The court system can be very... overwhelming and intimidating, but having Tim as my attorney made it all seem a bit more managable. I would, and do, refer him to anyone that is in need of a criminal defense attorney.
