THis is your DOG IN THE FIGHT!!

I could not believe the case law that was researched and found by Tim to fight my case. It changed the entire outcome of my case. Tim fought for me, and made things happen. I got phone calls returned the same day, and he was more than friendly. I go to him for anything legal now. I couldn't believe ...how hard he tried for me. Very happy!! Thank you.

A Caring and Compassionate Attorney!

A caring and compassionate attorney that truly cares for people and fights for justice. I hired Tim at the advice of a good friend when I got a DUI in 2009. I got Tim's card from her several months before my DUI and I called him very late at night from the jail. He calmed me down and advised me of my... rights in the situation I was in. He even called my family to let them know what was going on since he was my only call. I remember being so terrified about my situation since I had just started a new job/career and I didn't know the first thing about the consequences of a DUI. The first time I actually met with Tim he assured me that everything would be okay and immediately began working for me on my case. He knowledgeably advised me on the initial steps that I needed to take and it felt good to leave with some action items and to be in control of something when I had, at first, felt so helpless and lost on what to do. Tim was compassionate about my situation and knowing that I could not take any time off of work at my new job to meet with him he was flexible and accommodated my needs. While working with me Tim saw past the person with the DUI and took the time to get to know me and represented me as the upstanding citizen that I was who simply made a bad choice. Ultimately Tim (impressively) got my DUI reduced and saved my job! I truly feel like Tim represented me the same way he would represent someone in his own family. I am forever grateful to Tim Note as I have since prospered in my career and am doing wonderfully. Without his help at that critical, confusing time in my life I don't know where I would be. I definitely recommend Tim Note!

Great lawyer

Tim is a great lawyer who will work hard for you. I was arrested for DUI and Tim was there for me every step of the way. His connections in the legal community give him more sway than other defense attorneys when it comes to working out deals. You can't go wrong with Tim.

Competent and helpful. Put me at ease through the entire process.

Tim was always available for questions I had even about the smallest things. He went over every detail with me and was very patient in answering all of my questions. The day we had court he was sharp, got to the point and handled everything with ease. I felt calm and confident through the entire lega...l processes once I had Tim on my side. And after everything was done, Tim was still available for any questions or concerns I had that came up.

Outstanding Lawyer, cares for your liberty

The professionalism and care that this man takes into account for each case is outstanding! He truly knows how to listen, assess and go forth with each case. This was all very prevalent when I called for his help. The day that I was in jail he came immediately to talk to me. The charges that were pl...aced on me would have sentenced me for years. Everything I told him, he would listen intensively and carefully; You can literally see him analyzing the pros and cons of the situation. Seeing his ambitious behavior gave me a sense trust that i couldn't even describe. Within a two month time period he was able voice my rights as a citizen and got me dismissed from the case. Throughout the entire ordeal he informed of what he was doing, what i need to do and within a orderly manor, as well as gave me a sense of reliability that he could get the job done. He doesn't sugar coat things or lead you to believe things that aren't possible. His ambitious behavior, professionalism and expertise over the years is what saved my liberty and preserved them.
