Tim fought for me through my show cause hearing in my Dui

I was recommended to Tim by a girlfriend of mine who has gone through a DUI. Being a single gal I needed someone I could trust to help me and give me the right facts and information. Tim went in with all the details to fight for me and save my deferred prosecution from being revoked. I couldnt believ...e the way he handled the situation and court to help get me my life back. TIM COMMANDS RESPECT IN COURT

IM ROBERT. MR. NOTE REPRESENTED ME IN 2011. I WAS CHARGED WITH UNLAWFUL POSSESION OF A FIREARM. WHILE IN SPOKANE COUNTY JAIL, I SAT IN VIDEO COURT BEHIND MR. NOTE AS HE SPOKE TO A JUDGE ON A CLIENTS BEHALF. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS LEGAL SKILLS AND CONTACTED HIM AS SOON AS I GOT O.R.. HE TOOK MY CASE... AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT TO SAY AND NOT SAY IN COURT. AND REALLY TAUGHT ME ALOT ABOUT THE LAWS REGARDING MY CHARGE AS WELL AS ACTING CALM AND GOING "DOWNSTREAM" WITH EVERYONE, WHICH WAS AND STILL IS A CHALLENGE FOR ME. HE KEPT ME REIGNED IN AND CALM AND IM A REAL PAIN IN THE ASS, NEEDY TYPE OF CLIENT THAT ASKED A TON OF QUESTIONS. IN THE END, IT WAS A GREAT FEELING TO STAND WITH TIM IN FRONT OF JUDGE MICHEAL PRICE AND SMILE AT HIS HONOR WHILE LISTENING TO THE PROSECUTION ASK JUDGE PRICE TO DISMISS THE FELONY CHARGE AND SIGN A DOCUMENT ORDERING THE SPOKANE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO RETURN TO ME MY GLOCK PISTOL.I WASENT GUILTY AND TIM WAS AWSOME. HE RANKS ALMOST AS HIGH AS MY FORMER LAWYER JOHN CLARK(R.I.P.) AND IS VERY WELL LIKED AND RESPECTED IN THE LEGALCOMMUNITY. HIRE TIM IMMEDIATLY AND YOU WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS. MR. NOTES LEGAL ASSISTENT HAILEY IS A VERY SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGABLE PERSON WHO IS A GREAT MULTITASKER. SHE GETS ALOT OF STUFF HANDLED THAT TIM KNOWS WILL BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. SHE IS A LOVELY WOMAN AND I ADORE HER. THESE TWO PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU HIRE MR. NOTE. DO IT NOW!!!

A CREDITABLE, FAIR, HONEST and REASONABLE LAWYER

My son, Phil, a Canadian, unwisely crossed the US Canadian border with some alcohol on his breath, He was promptly charged with a DUI offence. I searched the web, using AVVO, various lawyers in the area who might be able to assist Phil. Many of Tim Note's legal colleagues favourably endorsed, on ...AVVO, Tim Note and I was influenced by their opinion of Tim. Tim's colleagues were right and I was fortunately able to speak with him, discuss the case in general terms and agree on the fee that was fair. There was a small problem in that the case would be tried about 4 driving hours from Spokane, Tim needed to be compensated for his travel time and this issue was discussed, as it related to the fee, in short order. Tim's total fee was reasonable. Tim represented my son very ably and, using his excellent negotiating skills, was able to have the original DUI charge reduced to reckless driving, a conviction that was fair in the circumstances. I later learned that Tim made an extra effort to ensure that my son could attend immediately the required alcohol related seminars which ensured that there was not more loss of time and travel expenses that had to incurred with respect to this incident. Tim delivered, on a prompt and timely basis, his time and talent and was able to guide my son through a difficult but self imposed problem. I am grateful to have found Tim Note and recommend him to you unconditionally.

CANADIAN AND A DUI IN WA STATE

I got stopped at US/ CAN border Nov 2014 and got a dui.Went on to Yuma and Tim and Haley were hired by phone.I didn't know the US laws so I was really in the dark.They did everything and more for me.Always took my call or returned it promply and answered my many questions.I walked with a rec driving ...and a $918 .00 fine.Cheap.If you don't hire this guy your crazy.

504 DUI

I researched attorney's for my son and his 504 DUI and found Timothy Note. We made an appointment to meet with him and found him to be both personable and direct. My one question to him was if he would fight for my son, which he said he would. His fee was very reasonable considering this ticket co...uld potentially ruin his life for several years. He did just that, he fought for him, offered excellent counsel, and my son was found not guilty by a jury. I would recommend Timothy Note to anyone with similar problems.
