A True Professional - DUI Case ? Hire this gentleman

Tim helped me with my DUI case, I am from the UK and despite this area of the law being very complex and having very serious consequences Tim got to work immediately creating a plan for my case whilst getting me to understand the plan and supporting me every step of the way - whether it was a phone c...all, email or text message , Tim & Haley always responded promptly and never did i feel alone or ignored - personally I have never been in trouble before and this was a pretty terrifying experience but Tim was so supportive and got me to focus on what i needed to focus on (work & life) whilst he would take care of my case - my sincere thanks Tim , a stand up guy who I would strongly recommend to anyone !!

Great Lawyer!

I got charged with malicious mischief and had a no contact order after I had an argument with my significant other and broke my television out of anger. I called several lawyers and consulted with a few. I ended up hiring Tim because he was very knowledgeable and charged a modest fee. Tim aggressi...vely took on the case and was more than willing to go to trial if necessary. Tim was confident in his ability and did a great job defending me. Thanks to Tim Note the no contact order was recalled and the charges were dismissed. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone facing criminal charges.

Exceeds Expectations.

Mr Note delivered results that exceeded what I thought was realistic with concern to the outcome of my criminal assault case. He was well spoken, professional and understanding. He really helped

Our son got into trouble and we were completely at a loss as to what to do. We called a public defender friend who recommended Tim and we are so happy he did! Our son's case was completed with minimal fuss and with no lasting ill effect when our son becomes 18. Tim and Haley always let us know what w...as happening and we were well informed going into court. He made the process a whole lot less scary for all of us.

Great Attorney

Tim is a very personable and responsive attorney. There wasn't a time I couldn't call him and if he couldn't answer he'd get back to me via call or text in a few hours. Tim negotiated better terms than anticipated with the prosecutor and got me a greatly reduced sentence. He also has one of the best ...trial records in Spokane, so I have heard from other attorneys that I spoke to.
