So worth it!

I contacted Tim through his website on a Sunday, the night before I was to appear for a DUI charge I received over the weekend. He was quick to respond and was able to get me in to see him right before my first appearance. He was personable and easy to talk to and made it clear that he knew his stuff.... He wasn't quick to make any promises but did agree to do his best to get the best outcome possible. And he did just that. It hasn't even been 2 months since my arrest and he was able to plea down to a Negligent driving charge, and I already have a court date set to end probation early. I know that not all cases will have the same outcome as mine, but if you want someone who you know has your best interest in mind and is working for you, give Tim a shot.

Professional, Responsive, and Aggressive! If our family ever needs legal help again...Tim will be our go-to!

Our son was facing issues in District Court for probation violations. He also had received a new misdemeanor charge. The prosecuting attorney was out for nothing less than blood and his head on a platter, in addition to as much jail time as she could get for even the most negligible of charges. After... months of sitting in court in utter disbelief (of our judicial system), watching the "non-representation" of a couple of different public defenders and a judge that was nothing more than a lap dog for the prosecutor, we could see that there was no doubt that our son didn't stand a chance if he continued with the "appointed attorney" route. My husband was referred to Mr. Note by a fellow co-worker and we called. Tim quickly returned our call, took time to listen to the entire scenario, was clear about what he could and could not do, and provided some much needed reassurance in how he would proceed if we decided to retain him. We did. Immediately. Tim was extremely professional, always kept us in the loop, and was expedient in returning calls and emails. While he could only do so much to clean up the status of my sons case in the aftermath of months and months of public representation, Tim jumped in and aggressively handled everything he could with the best outcome possible and no jail time. I wish sooo very much we would have hired him from the very beginning! Tim is amazing. He is straight forward, diligent, and a true asset to his clients! If anyone in our family encounters the need for legal representation he will be our first call! If anyone we know needs help, he will be our recommendation!

I have the highest respect and regard for Mr. Note's legal skills and abilities. His experience makes him a very well connected attorney, who knows where to go and who to contact to get questions resolved, cutting through delays and red tape. In the case he represented for us, I couldn't be any hap...pier about it's outcome. His fees were more than resonable, record time for getting that case taken care of. In the end, he is more of a friend than a distant professional. Highly, highly, recommend. Best attorney I have ever hired, he's the "go to attorney!"

DUI? This is the best lawyer in town for you!

I was charged with a DUI in mid December 2015. I was very concerned for the consequences relating to my job. It was essential it to be dropped to a negligent charge. He told me this was a very difficult time for anyone with a DUI as the prosecutors were very strict. He said he would help me as much a...s possible but could not guarantee the outcome. He guided and explained everything to me at all times and kept things moving forward. The day of my pretrial (~3 months later) he was able to negotiate a negligent charge just before court started. I was so amazed!! He fought hard for me and did not give up at all - up to the very last minute! I was thrilled! He was well prepared for court and his argumentative skills were impressive. He is very knowledgeable, honest and professional at all times. This is the lawyer to hire for all DUI's!! I had talked to other people who's lawyers could not come up with a deal even after 10 months.

Charged with Criminal Mischief and breaking a No Contact Order.

I am the father of a large family. This year seemed to be particular difficult when several family crisis hit our family. Seemed everyone was overstressed and tempers began to flare up. During a morning conversation with my wife I began to get upset and could tell I need to get out of the house so I ...could vent away from family members. My venting consequently got me charged with Criminal Mischief. Upon being released from jail I stayed at a separate home. Yet I could not keep away from helping my pregnant wife with getting the kids ready for school etc.. Subsequently I was caught with her in a unrelated incident and charged with breaking a No Contact Order placed by the state. This was not good as my wife was working diligently to have the order dropped. I knew with my school of hard knocks growing up my past record was going to come back to haunt me. I was in more serious trouble than I could ever imagine. It pushed me over the breaking point I was a mess, the life I knew with my kids and wife hung in the balance. We had just lost our home in a house fire 6 months prior and had been living hotel to hotel for months and now this. Finally we get moved into our new home and I lost control of my emotions during overwhelming family troubles and now facing my next move into jail and leaving the family. We desperately need a solid experienced attorney for my case and could not afford to gamble. This wasn`t about me, it was about my kids and wife! I couldn`t imagine not being there when my wife gave birth to our next child as she is due anyday. We began the attorney search online and through personal friends. I began searching and Tim Notes name began surfacing both online and through word of friends. I gave Tim a call and promptly Tim had me in his office for a consultation to talk over the charges. I felt the weight lift off my shoulders as he spoke. I noticed Tim was amazingly brilliant and confident in his pursuit of my freedom. I walked out of his office following the consultation and I new we had found the right attorney. Desperately needing the No Contact Order to be dropped promptly so I could help my pregnant wife with the children. We scheduled with the court a hearing to resend the No Contact Order as soon as possible. As that day approached Tim emailed and called me, I could tell he really cared. We made contact via phone and he asked me if I would like to end my case at that hearing. I asked him to repeat that because I thought I had misheard what he said. Because we had several hearings over the next few months possibly out over a year if it went to trial. He repeated what I thought he had said, "Do you want to end your case at the hearing I have a plea to offer you." Sure I said tell me the offer? Tim replied "Take the Breaking a No Contact Order charge and the rest goes away along with the No Contact Order in place and pay minimal fines." I was lit up and praising God. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! That's awesome Tim you are the MAN!! That day came in court and Tim was on his game, however judges are very careful to examine the plea and consider I could reoffend. During the court proceedings and going over the plea agreement with the judge and prosecutor things began to get uncertain. Tim showed his expertise and quick calculated thinking to keep the judge properly informed and things moving in a positive direction. His ability to explain the unexplained and provide the crucial information the judge needed to approve the plea agreement secured my family and saved us from certain family turmoil possibly losing our home, marriage and my freedom. Tim Note is a admirable man in the court room, steps up to the plate and truly cares for his clients. I am grateful to be back with my family and my life back. Even more I am glad to have had the opportunity to have met Tim he is dedicated to his responisiblities as a criminal defense attorney and good honest man and I wouldn`t recommend anyone else.
