Hire This Guy!

Tim Note is an exceptional defense attorney. I can't recommend him enough. He diligently engaged the prosecutor and called BS on the officer's weak case for my DUI charge. In fact, the Spokane officer arrested and charged me for the crime, even though I was completely sober--not under the influenc...e of anything! Tim refused to let them reduce the charge, and insisted that they drop the case, which they did, after he refused to take no for an answer. Mr. Note is not cheap, but his retainer is money well spent. You can't put a price on vindication, peace of mind, and your freedom. I HIGHLY recommend Tim Note. You can't have a better attorney in your corner!

Excellent Attorney

I hired Mr. Note after being charged with domestic violence. Mr. Note listened carefully to the details of my case and he inspired confidence in his ability to defend me. He understood that my employment situation would not allow me to accept any plea bargain or deferred sentence and he agreed to s...ee my case to trial, if necessary. Fortunately, Mr. Note was able to get my case dismissed before it got to that point. Mr. Note brought in a third-party investigator to gather all the evidence pertaining to the case. He was then able to show the prosecutor that I was not the protagonist in this case and he convinced her to dismiss the charges. In court proceedings, Mr. Note is very professional and extremely efficient. He makes certain that his client's need are addressed quickly. Mr. Note does not make any promises about the outcome of a case, but his confidence provides much needed reassurance to clients experiencing a difficult situation. Mr. Note is refreshingly straight-forward in both his explanations and his opinions regarding the case. He does not mince words, nor does he confuse the issue with excessive legal jargon. Instead, he clearly describes the legal elements of the case and his strategy for winning it. Then, he expertly puts his strategy into action. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Note for any legal defense.

Very proactive

Border Felony Case

Hired Tim to help me with a criminal case in Newport, WA. I live in Alaska and contacted him as I was on my way out of Washington. He was able to see me on very short notice and began communications with the prosecuter immediately. Due to my clean record he was able to negotiate the felony charge dow...n to a gross misdemeanor with the chance to have it taken off my record in 12 months. He also organized it so I could handle the arraignment as well as the settlement in one morning so I would not have to fly down to WA multiple times. Thank you!
