Tim Note is efficient, professional and gets the job done.

I hired Tim Note as my Lawyer when I violated a restraining order. I was already on probation and had made it through the first third of the probationary period when I decided to answer an ex who had made false accusations and put a restraining order on me. Had I have been found guilty of violating t...his protection order my SOC was to be revoked and I was to be faced with the underlying charge of DV 4th degree assault. As a 20 year old young woman with a full time job and aspirations for professional work in the future, this was devastating. By the end of my first meeting with Note he had emailed the prosecutor to see what he could do before the hearing. I met with Tim on a Monday, my hearing was on that following Thursday and by Wednesday afternoon I had received a call from Tim letting me know I did not have to appear for court the following morning and I was able to continue my probation with no ramifications. WE WON! I highly recommend Tim Note.

No better man for the job

A year ago our family was faced with a legal battle. We had no idea where to turn. We found Mr. Note and knew he was the one who could help us. He fought diligently for us. He went above and beyond. As I am typing this now our case has just been dismissed. He had faith in us and stood for us when we ...had no idea what to do. He and his assistant are some of the most down to earth, caring, companionate, determined and amazing people you can meet. I recommend anyone who is feeling lost and unsure of who to help them, call them. Straight forward, honest and knowledgeable. There is no better man for the job. Thank you Tim Note.

DUI

I was pulled over for speeding and received DUI in addition to a speeding ticket on 10/25/16. Mr Note was referred to my by another attorney and highly recommended. Mr Note was very thorough on what I needed to do to assist him in reducing the DUI to a negligent driving. Not only was he successful in... getting the negligent driving, the speeding ticket was dropped. Both Mr Note and his assistant, Hayley, were a pleasure to work with.

Best ever.

I had been to the judge twice due to an error at the treatment center and was terrified of the "3rd strike"... Never having a dui before I didn't know and hired Tim. I did exactly as they asked and Tim not only kept in constant contact but assured me I'd be ok, and I was. I finished treatment, presen...ted my certification and have never been bothered since, nor have I ever been in any trouble again whatsoever. He is seriously the best, most loyal, attentive attorney one could ask for. Id never recomend anyone else!

Tim note is a law god

I was arrested outside of my current home county while I was in the middle of a move. Mr note had my case transferred to my new home county and was in constant contact with me throughout the process. I was very impressed with Mr note's ability to gather information and start working my case the minut...e I made contact with him. I would recommend him to anyone in any sort of legal bind. I am now better off tenfold than if I stayed with a public defendant.
