DUI - Marijuana

My adult son who has serious mental health issues was pulled over for speeding and subsequently arrested for DUI after failing the FSTs. His failure of the FSTs was mostly due to his mental health issues, learning disabilities and not any real impairment. Blood was drawn, and it was over the legal li...mit for THC. His blood alcohol was 0.0%. My son was represented by the public defender. After about two years of continuances, we consulted with and retained Tim Note. Legally this case was a very complicated one with the traffic stop and the PC for the arrest. It also involved significant client management issues. Tim not only was understanding of my son's mental health issues and was able to relate with him but also was able to convince the prosecutor and the judge that this case was not a routine DUI case. Tim worked quickly to resolve this case with a positive outcome. I say this as a criminal justice professional with over thirty years experience.

Highly recommend

My favorite lawyer

I hired Tim to deal with a DV charge. I was scared and felt very alone the morning after I got released. I couldn't have chosen a better person to handle my case. He responded to my email inquiry immediately. He was able to talk the prosecutor out of a continuance for dismissal and instead got me a f...ull dismissal. I never had to set foot in court. I am so beyond grateful for this outcome. Tim was highly responsive and incredibly helpful. I felt very comfortable knowing I had him on my team.

DUI representation

I found myself in a situation I never thought I would; but it happened. I went to Tim feeling lost and unsure what to do. I was an emotional wreck. Tim worked very hard to make sure I knew what was going on and was quick to get my situation handled and moving forward. This was a speed bump in my life... that if I hadn’t hired Tim I don’t know if I would have been able to get past. He was professional and understanding. I was explained things it was in such a way I knew what everything ment and entailed. I appreciated being treated as a person who made a mistake instead of a horrible person which this situation can make you feel as one.

Amazing Attorney

A year ago my dad was faced with a pretty serious criminal charge. Not having the slightest idea what to do or where to start Tim was referred to me by a business attorney my family knew.
