I read about a case he succeeded in getting reversed, and I was pleased he answered my inquiry so quickly. The ALJ rejected the assessments from treating physicians in his case, becaus...e he thought they were trying to help the claimant. This was improper. As a representative, this same thing has happened in one of my cases. I have been doing this for 45 years, and this is the first time this has happened to me.
