Kelsey Kittleson was raised primarily in Boise, Idaho and studied journalism at the University of Idaho. She went on to obtain her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2010. During law school, Kelsey completed and won her first trial in Spokane County Superior Court prior to graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law.
After graduating from law school, Kelsey began working in private practice where she focused on Federal Indian law, Family law, and Criminal law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington, Kalispel Tribal Court, and Spokane Tribal Court. Over the past few years Kelsey expanded her practice area to also include employment law, personal injury, landlord tenant disputes and various other areas of civil litigation.
In May of 2015 Kelsey joined Candace Magnin in opening their own firm, Magnin & Kittleson Law Office, PLLC. Kelsey is excited to head and expand the Family law division of the firm. Kelsey strives to provide high quality work to her clients, while taking efforts to minimize costs whenever possible.
Outside of her own law practice, Kelsey is an active volunteer with the Spokane County Bar Association's Volunteer Lawyers Program and was recently awarded the 2014 Divorce Advice Clinic Attorney of the Year Award. Kelsey further devotes her free time to the Spokane County Superior Court Solo and Small Practice Section where she is the treasurer and the Spokane County chapter of Washington Women Lawyers as a member. Outside of the legal field, Kelsey is also an active member of the Gold Award Committee for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
