I Had Been Waiting Forever….and then Ed Bruya
Eight long years of being jostled through mediations, consultations, surgeries and what sounded like fractured mumbo jumbo to me. I was no closer to settling than the day I was injured. Then… Ed Bruya was recommended to me as someone who would stop the tip toeing and get my case resolved.
From the first day I talked to Ed on the phone, he sounded more assured and educated than anyone I had spoken to previously. He understood what I had gone through immediately and told me up front that he needed to go through every document that existed in my case to date to educate himself. When he had done that, he felt like we would be able to move forward quickly.
He was correct. He read, he explained, he negotiated with other parties, he offered options that he wanted ME to consider, and then did more negotiating. We are now within days of settling. No more courts, no more depositions, no more wondering when the next update on my case will be. Ed and his staff were always informative and polite, and trust me, I had a lot of questions that were pretty novice. My questions were always answered immediately and to my satisfaction! When I was represented by another office I had always felt “put on the shelf” and an afterthought that they would get to someday. Not at the Bruya office! I was in the loop and knew what was happening, when it was happening and what was next. That in itself took such a load off.
Ed makes you feel like part of the team, part of the decision making process and gives you the reins when it comes to final important choices. Ed Bruya’s office has finally let me see the light at the end of the tunnel so I can move on unencumbered by the legal cloud that has been overhead for so long. The rays of sun are breaking through! I am a very happy client!
