It’s been a few months since my incident, but I am so very pleased with the outcome. I had been facing criminal charges and Mr. Baumgarten took my case, allowing me to pay my fees in segments over the course of a few months. I didn’t even have to sit in front of the judge once, and was able to settle... this case outside of the court system with Mr. Baumgarten’s masterful assistance. Then recently I was charged with a DUI my senior year of college. DUIs are much more serious charges and I found that out quickly, they are taken very seriously in Whitman county. I called Luke as soon as I was arrested and talked with him before the questioning right after I was arrested for DUI. Once again Luke was incredibly helpful even before I hired him again, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the DUI process and everything I would possibly have to go through after this charge. Once again though Luke got my DUI which was a criminal charge down to a Negligent driving in the second degree which is an infraction not a criminal charge.
