I have never hired a lawyer before, so I was very skeptical at first. I called about 6 different lawyers before I called Luke, but none seemed to give me the confidence that they would do their job well like I got from Mr. Baumgarten. He was not the cheapest, but just talking to him somehow gave me t...he confidence that he had integrity, honesty and enough knowledge about the law to work effectively on my behalf. I am glad I listened to my gut, because he more than came through for me when the case was finished and all was said and done. One really good thing about Luke is that he will keep you updated, fill in at court without you needing to be there and he will keep you advised on all possible avenues and outcomes regarding your case. For instance, he came through for me with a plea bargain that halved much of my original mandatory minimum sentence. He also came through for me when the DOL made a mistake and gave me two years of license suspension instead of just one that was originally agreed to in the original suspension hearing. Luke caught this mistake and worked, without charging me extra, to correct it back to the one year suspension. It is this attention to details Luke has that also gives me the confidence to recommend him without reservation. I've never written a recommendation before, but I can say that as someone who has had first-hand experience with Luke, I can definitely advise anyone to hire him without any reservation. P.S.
