I found myself in a tough spot a long way from home. I called Luke and he was as accommodating, kind and professional as can possibly be expected. When my situation was all said and done I felt he had done everything he could for me and for that I am exceptionally grateful. He is not one of these guy...s that is gonna monitor every phone call, email and text and bill you for it. He is reasonable and a decent human being.
