Getting a phone call on a Sunday morning and having your child on the other end sobbing uncontrolably as my Child had never received a speeding ticket in the 1st 5 years of driving but was now facing an MIC charge. A phone call I am sure that would have brought any Parent to their knees as you are tr...ying to get out of them what has happened and everything goes through your head, someone died in a car crash... My Child was devastated as this is something we all think and pray as Parents that we have given them all the tools possible to face the BIG world as they go off to College but sometimes it just doesn't happen that way. We found Mr. Baumgarten and upon hiring him it felt like the world was lifted off of us as Parents. He was very informative up front as to every step that our child was going to be going through and Our part as Parents can NOT just stop because they are out of the house and off to College. Mr. Baumgarten was ALWAYS available by phone or email. He was prompt in returning every call and email that our child had along with any Parent questions we had as well. Mr. Baumgarten would come HIGHLY recommended by this Mom and Dad! Honestly I have never been put in a situation where I would need a lawyer and was very concerned on who I would find. Being in a small town had me worried on my options. I could not have found a better Lawyer than Luke. He was always there when I had questions and was very concerned for my sake. He d...id everything he could to help me with everything and I knew I could trust him. He helped me bring a DUI down to an MIP which is almost impossible from what I have heard. When you get a dreaded call from your college student that they've had a run in with the law, the first impulse is to find help. Luckily for us Luke Baumgarten rose to the top both in internet visibility and reviews from other clients. Being that his work is in a college town he's built a business ...that caters to families like ours where the parents are concerned but not familiar with the county's laws and practices. From our first conversation with Luke, we knew he was the man for the job. He walked us through the process and was very thorough as to what our expectations should be. Our daughter hired him and authorized him to communicate with us. As a result we were kept apprised about important dates and what would transpire. The best one could hope for is someone who under promises and over delivers. That is exactly what happened in our case. After collecting the information that the county had, he found the holes, including issues that made the arrest questionable. His research included going out to the "scene of the crime" and coming to conclusions that had the county dismiss the case. We hope not to need Luke's services in the future but would recommend him without hesitation.

I have never hired a lawyer before, so I was very skeptical at first. I called about 6 different lawyers before I called Luke, but none seemed to give me the confidence that they would do their job well like I got from Mr. Baumgarten. He was not the cheapest, but just talking to him somehow gave me t...he confidence that he had integrity, honesty and enough knowledge about the law to work effectively on my behalf. I am glad I listened to my gut, because he more than came through for me when the case was finished and all was said and done. One really good thing about Luke is that he will keep you updated, fill in at court without you needing to be there and he will keep you advised on all possible avenues and outcomes regarding your case. For instance, he came through for me with a plea bargain that halved much of my original mandatory minimum sentence. He also came through for me when the DOL made a mistake and gave me two years of license suspension instead of just one that was originally agreed to in the original suspension hearing. Luke caught this mistake and worked, without charging me extra, to correct it back to the one year suspension. It is this attention to details Luke has that also gives me the confidence to recommend him without reservation. I've never written a recommendation before, but I can say that as someone who has had first-hand experience with Luke, I can definitely advise anyone to hire him without any reservation. P.S.
