Luke Baumgarten did an excellent job with my case. I was scared about what to do when I was looking for a lawyer and I talked to many, but Luke was the only one who told me what would happen in a straight forward manner and didn't mind when I told him I was going to talk to other lawyers as well. Eve...ryone else I called seemed greedy and wanted me to go with them even though they didn't have my best interest at heart. However, Luke did. I never met him face-to-face because of my location for school and because of this he kept me up to date on every little thing that was happening in my case. I had calls or emails from Luke whenever he wanted me to know something and he also kept my mother informed! He was a great lawyer for a great price and stuck to his word that he had MY best interest at heart instead of just getting paid (like all the other lawyers I called). I know a person who actually had the same exact case as me and his lawyer was only 150 dollars cheaper and he did NOTHING he only did something after MY attorney spoke to the prosecutor and figured everything out. Luke called witnesses, the places that I got arrested at and did everything including going out of his way (giving me his cell number and I called him multiple times on his daily commute to and from work! and he still called me back or answered!) to assure that I had the best outcome for this case and that i did!
