Michelle worked on my case to get full custody of my son with full decision making rights, 'sue' my son's father (there was a technical term for it, but it was essentially a suit), and provided me with emotional support along the way. At first, I was not sure that I wanted to take legal action against my son's father because I wanted to settle things with him out of court.
